The Services are operated by Gloriouspin Innovation Limited (“Gloriouspin,” “Doggy Dollars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By downloading, accessing, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Doggy Dollars is a casual entertainment game featuring pet card collection, team building, and friendly card-based gameplay.
Doggy Dollars is not a gambling service. The Services do not offer or facilitate:
All virtual cards, points, currencies, items, and other digital content in the Services are for personal, in-game entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we may suspend or terminate the related account and take steps to delete the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Personal Information are governed by the Doggy Dollars Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
You may be able to use Doggy Dollars as a guest without creating an account. We may assign a pseudonymous player ID to maintain your game progress, settings, and virtual-item entitlements.
Guest progress may be associated with your device or app installation. If you delete the app, reset your device, remove app data, or otherwise lose access to the device before linking your progress to an available sign-in method, your progress may not be recoverable.
The Services may offer optional sign-in through Apple Sign In. If you choose to use Apple Sign In, you are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your Apple account is accurate and that you have the right to use that account.
Your use of Apple Sign In is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials used to access the Services. You must promptly notify us at support@gloriinnovation.com if you believe that your account, device, or game progress has been accessed or used without authorization.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your device, account credentials, or Apple account, except where required by applicable law.

Account deletion may permanently remove game progress, collected pet cards, virtual items, and other in-game data. Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Gloriouspin grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, access, and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not grant you ownership of the Services, any game content, virtual items, intellectual property, or any other rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
The Services may include virtual cards, points, currencies, pet items, cosmetic items, boosts, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”).

Gloriouspin retains all right, title, and interest in and to all Virtual Items, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the Services offer in-app purchases, purchases must be made through Apple’s App Store or another authorized platform provider.
Your purchase is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable app store provider, including Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or Apple ID password.
Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, merchandise, services, or anything of value outside the Services.
No Virtual Item represents a deposit, stored value, financial account, investment, security, currency, or property right.
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.
For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, refund requests must generally be submitted to Apple according to Apple’s refund policies and procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
We may modify, manage, regulate, control, suspend, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items or related features as part of operating and improving the Services, subject to applicable law.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid Virtual Items. However, we are not obligated to provide compensation for unused Virtual Items except where required by applicable law.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Services, including all software, game mechanics, pet characters, cards, visual assets, sounds, music, text, trademarks, logos, user interface elements, designs, artwork, graphics, and other content made available through the Services (collectively, “Content”), are owned by or licensed to Gloriouspin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in Section 5, you receive no ownership interest or other rights in the Services or Content.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written permission.
“Doggy Dollars” and associated logos, names, and marks are trademarks or service marks of Gloriouspin Innovation Limited or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
If you send us suggestions, feedback, ideas, comments, bug reports, or other feedback regarding Doggy Dollars (“Feedback”), you grant Gloriouspin a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
You are not required to provide Feedback, and you should not provide confidential information through Feedback channels.
We may update the Services from time to time, including to add, remove, modify, repair, improve, or discontinue features, game content, Virtual Items, technical functionality, or supported devices.
Some updates may be required for the Services to continue operating properly, securely, or in compliance with applicable law. You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, content, or game mode will remain available for any specific period of time.
We may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that:
